[UPDATE]: Deadline extended to 1st May!

We’re very pleased to open submissions for the first Angles festival! Talks, workshops, panels, let us have your most interesting ideas and hold nothing back!

Submission form here!

After five long years, we’re excited to announce that we’ll be live in person this June 2024 for our twentieth anniversary, with our usual mix of talks, workshops, and exhibitions, plus some new stuff you’ll be hearing about soon.

It’s time to get out those ideas you’ve been tinkering with over our hiatus – speaker submissions are now open.

Our 2024 theme is ‘BRIDGES’.
As we gather together again, we are encouraging submissions that reflect on where we’ve come from, where we’re going, and how we connect with different people and different ideas. Do you practice another art that informs your game work? Do you design for audiences that others aren’t reaching? How do – or don’t – games relate to the world around them?
Whether it’s on-theme or not, submit your talk, workshop, or panel idea to us by 11.59pm (AEST) Wednesday 1st May 2024.
Professionals, students, hobbyists, academics, outside artists; wherever you’re at with games, we want to hear from you. Provocative, practical, unique, unhinged – what’s on your mind that everyone needs to hear about? Get your submission in, and let us know!
